
Leeks au gratin is a delicious way to prepare leeks. It's cheesy, creamy and crunchy, easy to make and really tasty.

2 large or 4 small leeks
300 ml double (heavy) cream
125 grams breadcrumbs
50 grams butter
small handful flatleaf parsley
1 tsp dried thyme
2 cloves garlic
150 grams cheddar cheese
50 grams parmesan or grana padano
