The delicious crunch of the cabbage and carrots combined with the rich creaminess of the mayonnaise makes this a winner for me.
Peel the carrots and grate them into a bowl. Trim any woody bits and ragged leaves off the cabbage and thinly slice and shred into pieces about the same size as the grated carrot. Peel, thinly slice and shred the onion. Stir all the vegetables together, then stir in the mayonnaise and seasoning. That's it!
